PASSPORT AND VISA
To make an application for Russian visa foreign citizen should have an official invitation letter from Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Each participant (and accompanying person) who needs a visa should send us a copy of the passport pages with a photo and filled Visa and Registration Form (you can download template here: Visa & Registration form.doc) by e-mail (asco-nanomat@iacp.dvo.ru) or fax: +7 4232 310452. We strongly recommend you to provide these data to the Organizing Committee by April 24, 2011, because it takes at least 2.5 month to prepare all necessary documents.
