The time allotted for invited talk is 45 minutes, including 10 minutes discussion, and for regular talk is 15 minutes, including 3 minutes discussion. Speakers will have the opportunity to play the presentation using their own laptop or a computer provided by the Organizing Committee. In the second case, the presentation must be prepared in MS Power Point and it is highly recommended to use Embed fonts option in the Saving parameters.

The size of a poster board is 100x120 cm (WxH). Each board will be marked with a number of the corresponding paper. The author is supposed to be at the board during the relevant session. The posters will be sticked early in the morning of the presentation day and removed after closing of the session.
The ASCO-NANOMAT Young Scientist Awards for 1, 2 and 3 places will be granted at the Award Ceremony on Wednesday afternoon, August 26, 2015. The awards comprise the diploma and money prizes
WELCOME PARTY
Participants and accompanying persons are cordially invited to the Welcome Party in the Café of the Far Eastern Federal University on Tuesday evening at 20:00, August 20, 2015
SYMPOSIUM DINNER
The Symposium Dinner will be held on Tuesday, August 25, at 19:30 at the Cafe of the Far Eastern Federal University. The price of 50 $ USA for the Symposium Dinner is to be paid by Friday afternoon, August 21 at the registration desk.
EXCURSIONS
Two free-of-charge excursions will be arranged for participants and accompanying persons.
