ASCO-NANOMAT 2022

Sixth Asian School-Conference on Physics and Technology of Nanostructured Materials

Conference format

The hybrid (on-line & on-site) format of the ASCO-NANOMAT 2022 will allow all interested people to take part in this scientific event, regardless of their opportunity to personally visit Vladivostok. We will make sure that all conference participants have access to the on-site speeches of the speakers, as well as provide the opportunity to make on-line speeches and hold fruitful discussions after them. As in the traditional conference, we are planning to hold a poster session for on-site participants. The size of a poster board is A0 (841x1189 cm). Each board will be marked with a number of the corresponding paper. The author is supposed to be at the board during the relevant session. The posters will be sticked early in the morning of the presentation day and removed after closing of the session. In addition, all (on-line & on-site) participants who choose the poster version of the report will prepare PDF-version of poster, which we will post on the web-site of the conference. It will be possible to get acquainted with such on-line poster reports at any time.

The time allotted for an oral presentation is 30 and 15 minutes for invited and regular talks, respectively, including 5 and 3 minutes, correspondingly, for discussion. Video presentation of poster should be less than 10 minutes.

For the on-site participant PC projector will be available. Unfortunately, for technical reasons, we cannot guarantee the possibility of the report of presentation from your personal laptop, so the file with the presentation must be uploaded to the host computer before the beginning of the corresponding oral session.

Master classes (April 25-29) for undergraduate students will be in the laboratories of building L in the sections: physics of magnetism and semiconductor physics.
